Primary Function:
Provide leadership and overall management of Commercial Engine Aftermarket Product Support and Sales team to ensure efficient and productive operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Help develop long range plans for growing the service business. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to express ideas and influence others in a positive manner to accomplish work goals. Daily job duties require strong leadership, administrative and organization skills, as well as technical ability. Must be able to work in fast paced environment, with multiple priorities and willing to work extra hours, when needed.

The primary role of the Truck Parts Program Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer support to OEM truck dealers, independent shops, and truck customers to promote genuine Caterpillar parts and satisfaction with Caterpillar truck engine products.
