Their primary responsibility is to handle administrative tasks such as work order management, purchasing, scheduling, equipment population maintenance, service letter/bulletin tracking, and information library management. Additionally, they serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking aftermarket support for commissioned units/sites, including repairs and preventative maintenance work.
