The purpose of the Shop Helper is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the shop by completing semi-skilled and unskilled tasks, enabling Journeyman Technicians to dedicate their time to tasks requiring highly-skilled and technical expertise.

Altorfer Rents Sales Academy   Time Frame approx.18-24 months   Position Goal Working under the guidance of the Rental Sales Manager the employee will train & learn all aspects of the rental business via rotational assignments, including counter sales, outside sales, service department, yard maintenance, parts counter, etc. with the goal of developing into a Sales Representative position. Altorfer will provide the appropriate resources to ensure the employee can develop into a sales position, and in return, the employee will demonstrate a commitment to his/her future by seizing every learning opportunity made available.
