We are looking for an experienced technician to perform service and repairs on construction equipment in a shop setting for Altorfer’s customers in the Davenport Area.

The Customer Service Rep is a professional sales and marketing position designed to improve our customer’s experience by following up on leads generated by marketing in real time and have the ability to close the sale immediately.  A key focus of this role is to make sure that our investments in marketing and lead generation are captured with tangible outcomes both in profit for the company and customer satisfaction/retention. The goal of this position is to re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small- to medium-sized customers to increase sales of equipment to retail customers.

Provide technical service support to Power Systems customers in a shop environment. This support is in the form of maintaining and troubleshooting power generation equipment and accessories. Ensures quality customer service activities designed to increase customer satisfaction.

Performs service repairs in the field and covers the agricultural market in the following Southern Illinois counties. Counties included, but not limited to: Saline, Gallatin, Williamson, Johnson, Pope, Hardin, Southern Hamilton and Southern Franklin county.

  Altorfer is growing and is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist that will be responsible for resolving user issues, documentation, computer deployment, hardware, software and networking issues.

- As an Intune SME, you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management. - Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience. - Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.
