Perform in the field service repairs on construction equipment. This position covers the construction market in the following Missouri territory. Counties include, but not limited to: Randolph, Macon, Adair, Monroe, and Shelby county.

The ability to manage, change and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a complete understanding of Corporate Safety & Compliance Policies. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of field service work and various types of equipment, proficient in Windows based applications and DBSI.

Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs in the field, on customer owned or Altorfer rental lift trucks/forklifts, Caterpillar, and other allied type construction equipment. Location areas to be serviced are: Cedar Rapids, IA., Cedar Falls, IA. and Dubuque, IA.

The purpose of the Shop Helper is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the shop by completing semi-skilled and unskilled tasks, enabling Journeyman Technicians to dedicate their time to tasks requiring highly-skilled and technical expertise.

Prepare, inspect, and clean all customer equipment and equipment returning from rentals.  

Perform repairs on all brands of rental equipment as well as some customer owned equipment. Skilled technician and familiar with multiple brands such as CAT, Genie, Skyjack, Hybrid, JLG, Wacker, Polaris, Miller, and Sullair.
