The overall function of a Product Support Solutions Representative is to focus on growing and sustaining Parts and Service sales. Increase Altofer's market share by providing cost saving solutions to help lower customer’s owning and operating costs. This job is an outside sales position that requires a significant amount of driving.

Shop supervisor is accountable for the efficiency and discipline of all shop technicians assigned to him/her. Perform service repairs in the field. Focusing primarily on field campaigns, service bulletins, product improvement programs and scheduled maintenance on Ag equipment. This position will cover Altorfer's Central Illinois ag territory.

Perform in the field service repairs on agricultural equipment. This position covers the agricultural market in the following Western Illinois territory. Counties included, but not limited to: McDonough, Hancock, Schuyler, and Adams county.

Altorfer Power Systems is looking to fill the position of Commissioning (Cx) Project Manager. The primary function of this role is to coordinate all associated personnel, tasks, and materials to ensure the successful delivery, commissioning, and turnover of data center generator sets. This position will require significant travel to provide onsite support for key project activities and milestones. Cx Project Managers are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously during various stages of completion. Perform component rebuild on Caterpillar heavy equipment components.

Seeking individuals working in mechanical industries such as automobile, aviation, locomotive, truck or military mechanic applications to develop their skills for them to work in the heavy equipment industry. This program is designed to fast track individuals with previous mechanical experience in becoming an Altorfer Technician. This program provides ten different hands-on training classes. Individuals will attend training at the Altorfer Training Facility in East Peoria, IL, one week per month for 10 months. This position is starting within the Apprentice Classification of the applicable collective barginaing agreement.
