The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills as well as the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse workforce. This position is responsible for the financial and operating performance of the store along with driving parts/service revenue in the store’s trading area. The Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, reconditioning, and adjusting a wide range of equipment and facilities. This role aims to significantly reduce the need for contracted services by providing in-house expertise and maintenance. The worker is also responsible for completing detailed paperwork for each assigned task, ensuring a record of issues and resolutions.
