Parts Warehouse Specialist to pull parts and receive daily orders
The purpose of the outside sales position in Boone, DeKalb & McHenry counties is to provide sales and support for Caterpillar products. The salesperson is responsible for the sale & heavy rental of Caterpillar General Line Construction Products carried by Altorfer. Moreover, develop new business while maintaining current customer accounts while executing the company’s policies and procedures. Chosen candidate must currently live within the territory boundary or be willing to relocate.
Responsible for reviewing service work orders to determine if the repairs are warrantable to manufacturers and consult with the store service departments as needed.
Primary responsibilities include shipping/receiving, hose assembly, inventory storage, and order picking activities for the Parts Department.
The role of Technical Sales Engineer will interface daily with other departments. Maintains contact with consulting engineers and other potential customers. Insurability and a valid driver’s license are required.
