The Data Center Operations Supervisor collaborates closely with the Data Center Operations Manager and Data Center Support Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Altorfer Data Center team. Their primary responsibility is to handle administrative tasks such as work order management, purchasing, scheduling, equipment population maintenance, service letter/bulletin tracking, and information library management. Additionally, they serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking aftermarket support for commissioned units/sites, including repairs and preventative maintenance work. This role demands a highly organized and adaptable individual capable of promptly prioritizing the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Altorfer Industries offers an industry leading compensation and benefit package:
Payrate: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
This position works in an office environment and in service shop environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone calls, write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May on a continuous basis be on shop floor supporting service operations. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. safely. Will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields, safety boots, gloves) when needed. Noise level in the shop environment is usually moderate to high and the noise level in the office environment is usually low. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
