POSITION SUMMARY:
This Field Service Supervisor position is accountable for the dispatch, efficiency and discipline of all field technicians assigned to her or him. This person must possess a deep knowledge of construction equipment repair processes and dispatch organizational skills. Customer relations and customer satisfaction are also key ingredients of the job.
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for all field service activity in their territory. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following.
