7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Friday. Saturdays as needed and on-call.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team. This position plays a critical role in optimizing the device lifecycle through modern management platforms like Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune, while helping shape the future of IT support through AI-driven solutions. Basic Duties

Key Responsibilities

    • Provision and manage Windows devices using Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune
    • Troubleshoot technical issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
    • Implement and support AI-driven diagnostics, virtual agents, and automated workflows
    • Uphold security and compliance standards across domain-joined systems and cloud environments
    • Deliver responsive remote and onsite support while maintaining service-level excellence
    • Document support procedures, knowledge base content, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

 

    • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, and endpoint policy management
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting
    • Experience using remote support tools and enterprise ticketing systems
    • Working knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, and group policy administration
    • Understanding of AI-powered tools in support environments (e.g., virtual agents, automated diagnostics).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a detail-oriented mindset
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

Payrate: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position will primarily work in an office environment, there will be times when you are required to go out into the service and warehouse area to work on computers. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. and wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields). The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
