• Assist in marketing responsibilities that support the company’s growth and development plans, overall image, and brand enhancement, build preference and awareness, improve customer experience.
• Manage the company’s websites including Altorfer.com, Altorferag.com and CatRentalStore.com
• Analyze data from Google Analytics to identify trends and patterns in how users interact with a website, campaigns, and social media
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to upper lever management teams
  
• Make marketing recommendations based on Google Analytics data analysis
• Oversee Livechat, Hubspot and other digital marketing tools
• Manage and create marketing automation campaigns using Hubspot
• Manage the company's social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
• Implement paid social media advertising
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads and what content will reach customers
• Research advertising trends, competitors’ pricing, and products
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Monitor project status and budget
• Collaborate with other team members for strategic communications, creative services, social media and digital media planning and execution in support of marketing objectives.
• Execute keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies
• Processes and files invoices properly and accurately
• Other duties may be assigned

• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads,
• Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
• Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the businesses’ success
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in agency relationships and management
• Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions
• Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline driven work environment
• Proven experience evaluating and negotiating media placements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

Working Conditions:

This position works in an office environment, greeting all customers and visitors that come into the building. There may be times when you may need to go out into the service or warehouse area and will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields). May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone, transfer calls to the correct destination and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
